Acceptance
By accessing or using aiprettify, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted use
aiprettify is licensed for personal use only. You may not use the service to generate images of other people without their consent, or for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose. AI-generated images must not be misrepresented as unedited photographs.
Free and paid tiers
Some features are available at no cost. Paid subscriptions unlock AI model training, additional photo packs, and a monthly credit allowance. We make free features available so that users can evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.
Credits
Credits are consumed each time you generate photos. Monthly subscribers receive 150 credits per billing cycle; annual subscribers receive 1,800 credits upfront. Credits are non-transferable and do not roll over to the next billing period.
Refund policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Exceptions are considered solely at our discretion and only in extraordinary circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to hello@aiprettify.com.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated results may vary; we do not guarantee specific outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiprettify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
