aiprettify collects the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any commercial purpose.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Clerk, our authentication provider. We store the photos you upload to train your AI model, the AI-generated photos produced from your model, and your credit and subscription history. No payment information is handled or stored by us directly; payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use your information
Your data is used exclusively to provide the service: authenticating your session, training your personal AI model, generating photos, and managing your subscription and credits. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating aiprettify.
Your photos
Photos you upload are used solely to train your personal AI model. Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored securely and are never shared with other users or third parties.
Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Neon for database hosting, Stripe for payments, and fal.ai for AI model training and image generation. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.
Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication session management. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will fulfill deletion requests promptly — typically within 7 business days. To submit a request, contact us at hello@aiprettify.com.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. We honor these rights regardless of where you are located. Contact us to exercise any of them.
